We are a CFA registered FELV Neg small cattery offering beautiful doll faced Persian Kittens for sale and we will provide a health guarantee for your kitten. During the 12 weeks your kitten spends with us, we provide them with two visits to the vet including a checkup and their first two sets of kitten boosters. Families are responsible for for the ongoing protection of their pet with annual vet wellness and vaccinations. When I look for families, I try to help to gain an understanding of their willingness to make a lifelong investment in the love of their pet. If cost is the only decision making factor, then I know they aren't a fit. The care of a Persian Cat over a lifetime can be very costly. The time and money invested in proper feeding, grooming, sitting and health care can be expensive. I recommend pet insurance to help protect your cat.

About Me
I am a degreed professional in HR in Frisco, Texas but my passion and love has always been with Doll Faced Persians. I have been breeding since 2012 and have owned Persians for over 30 years. I became very frustrated when I was looking for a Persian to add to our family in 2008. I found it extremely difficult to find a breeder that I could trust. In my search I would consistently receive a bad excuse as to why I could not see the nursery and the necessity to meet me away from the cattery. I also was disheartened by the fact that many of them would let kittens go before 12 weeks of age with no regard to the health of the kitten. My search for a great breeder took a great deal of time and energy and it was very frustrating. I needed to know that cat lovers like myself in my community could have access to a trusted local breeder to provide them with a beautiful, healthy, happy, socialized kitten.

If you do a reserve in advance of a litter being born and do not get the color or sex you desire, you may roll into a future litter. I am not a kitty mill. My kittens are loved and handled everyday and are free to roam in a big nursery. You can expect to receive weekly videos and pictures from me of your kitty. Breeding Persians is my passion and my love. You can expect nothing but a beautiful, healthy socialized kitten from my family. With only 4 litters a year, it allows me to focus my efforts on getting to know my kitty families, socializing the kittens, planing play dates, sharing videos & updates verses wasting time on marketing kittens.

Here are a few things I would like to cover first....
1. Families that adopt a Persian kitten from us cannot be a rush. I find families for my kittens before they are ever born so there is a wait involved. This ensures a happy healthy home planned for in advance and gives the new family and I and your new kitten a chance to get to know each other!
2. Do you live within 5 hours driving distance of Frisco TX? We do not ship any kittens. Shipping a kitten is a very traumatic experience for them. I do allow someone to fly in cabin with their kitten and we do offer pet nanny flight services. Cost estimates can be provided. Fees range from 400-900 plus cost of flight, and airline extra cost of in flight carry on pet ticket of 150.
3. Reserve is required to hold your kitten-500.00 / non refundable and it is applied to the price of the kitten. On occasion sexing is wrong or you just don't get the exact kitten you want, I will allow you to pick and roll over the reserve to the next litter. I accept Pay Pal, Zelle or Venmo or personal check. Final payment must be Pay Pal, Zelle, Venmo or cash. 50% is due when kitten is 6 weeks of age. Remaining balance is due on pick up day. 100.00 discount if 100% of payment is paid by 6 weeks of age. Kittens not picked up at scheduled date-There is a 50.00 a day fee for each day past pick up date.
4. I do not permit declawing
5. Buyers are required to have their pet fixed unless a breeding pin is provided. On rare occasions I will provide one for an additional fee
6.. Kittens don't leave until 12 weeks of age -there are many crucial social, health and developmental components during this time. CFA guidelines.
7. Picks are given in the order reserves are received.
8. Pricing: The reserve is 500 and non-refundable. Kittens are flat priced at 3000-4500. I might have cats available on occasion for less. Once you place a reserve you will go on a waitlist for a kitten and placed in order of reserve received for new litters. If for some reason the sex or color isn't available that you had wanted, you can roll over the reserve to the next litter. You will be provided a contract and a health guarantee. Kittens will have gone to the vet no less than two times and have their first two kitten boosters completed, and deworming. The remaining booster and rabies should be completed by owner and rabies should not be done earlier than 14 weeks of age.
Payment-We accept cash, Pay Pal, Zelle or Venmo or cashiers check.
9. Kittens must be picked up within 3 days of turning 12 weeks. Late pickup arrangements can be made but result in additional charges.
10. CFA Registration. I no longer register litters. I only provide registration and PIN numbers to cats that are for breeding. Breeding pin fee is 3000. The cats must be of breeding quality and only to experienced catteries.
